Cabin Fever Cure

As Innkeepers we are finding it increasingly important to help our guests find their own Berkshires Adventure/Experience. As we have neither the time nor experience to act in the capacity of guides, so we have teamed up with Holly Brouker of M. Power Adventures. Holly is a Berkshires native and grew up wandering the Berkshire hills and skiing the slopes. She has a Master’s degree in education, is a lifelong outdoors enthusiast and it is her passion to teach outdoor activities with a mindful approach of appreciation of the environment.

Adventures change with the seasons
Winter: Hiking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. Spring, summer and fall: Hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding and biking. When thinking about signing up for a Berkshires experience, it’s good to note that equipment is not provided, so bring your own or Holly will arrange rentals at additional cost. We have a wonderful outfitters by name of the Arcadian Shop just a minute or two away.

The weather in the Berkshires is a little unpredictable, so we recommend when you reserve your adventure, to be prepared for an all-weather experience. Some activities will need to be restricted in extreme weather, but hiking is almost always an option. See “Special Packages” on the “Our Rooms” tab for more details about booking your Berkshires Experience.
