The Ultimate Picnic $50.00 pp
Start off this picnic with local cheeses and fresh artisan pumpernickel and crusty baguettes from the Pittsfield Rye Bakery. Perfect Picnic’s own Salmon Strudel with sun-dried tomatoes is delicately wrapped in phyllo pastry and served with a Creamy Potato Salad and Spring Pea Salad, all created with seasonal local produce and herbs. Top off this Ultimate Picnic with an individual homemade Lemon Cheesecake topped with lemon curd and garnished with a rosette of cream and a sprinkling of chopped pistachios. A chilled white wine would complete this gourmet picnic.
The Ultimate Fondue Picnic $50.00 pp
Enjoy Grilled Beef Tenderloin Skewers served with a Caesar Fondue and a Roasted Pepper Fondue, along with fresh crudités and garlic croutons, and a Couscous Salad. No flame for fondues required! Nibble on local cheeses, an abundance of grapes, and locally made crackers. Complete your picnic with a Modena Crumbling Cake, a not-too-sweet Italian cake meant for dunking into your wine glass – served with fresh strawberries that you can also dip in a dark chocolate fondue. And then savor a sample of Chocolate Springs’ truffles. May we suggest a dessert Ice Wine or Champagne to enjoy with dessert?
